The installation was easy enough to do for a shade tree mechanic, the parts quality feels great, it had enough adapters it seemed like it would work for many different cars. How effective it is I can't say, I don't monitor engine oil temps, and it did not make any noticeable difference in coolant temperatures, partly because it dumps the head right back into the radiator, unless you can mount it where the rejected heat won't go back into the system.
