My daughter came home from school and said that one of her best friends told her that she had LICE and her mother treated her head. When I see this child to this day she’s always scratching her head. EEK! My daughter proceeded to tell me that her had had been itching. A lot. I checked her head, sure enough. Full blown head lice.I freaked out. We don't get get lice. Our house is clean. My daughter is clean. Ugh! Lice don’t discriminate. Now what?!I’ll tell you what. I ran to Kroger and Walmart and bought everything over the counter. LiceFreee. Rid SuperMax. Vamousse. Nix. We tried these for months. At this point we were treating our entire family of 5.Washing bedding, furniture. Everything. I'm Exhausted.At my wits end In July, right before we went on Vacation I called our family Dr. Begging for help. They prescribed lice meds for everyone in the family, At first we were prescribed SPINOSAD. It did absolutely nothing. Then they gave us. IVERMECTIN. & PERMETHRIN. At the same time. My children's heads were allergic to the PERMETHRIN - it burned. Then we were given MALATHION. Again, None of these worked. We still have several refills on these medications. Garbage.Seriously.. I was so skeptical on trying it. $99.00 with a money back guarantee. Ya ok. All the other products have a guarantee as well?! Nothings worked.. ok, so I bought it anyways...I opened the box and behold it had no instructions on how to use the product. I googled the business, and found a phone number. Expect to get an automated line. No, A lady Named Amy - the owner answered the phone, first ring. She stated she would text me the instructions. And a couple of videos on how to extract the bugs and nits from my daughters hair. While on the phone she asked me a couple of questions. I told her how long we have been battling the lice. Within a few minutes of hanging up with her, Amy called me back. We had a conversation and she literally walked me through the entire live removal process. We proceeded to text that night and the day after. This is AMAZING customer service.Amy also stated that if we were in California she would treat our family's head for free.Here’s the steps I did..First thing.. Check and Treat the WHOLE family if NEEDED!We did last evening.On DRY hair, use the My Lice Removal Oil first. Saturate on head & massage. Suffocates Lice Bugs!!Put 3 Squirts of the My Mint Conditioner into a spray bottle mixed with warm water. And Spray all over hair, especially the ends. The hair will definitely get very tangled from massaging.Then we used the My Mousse on each section before combing. It will help loosen the eggs.We started at the bottom of our heads, so use clips or hair ties to put the rest of the hair up, and Use the Terminator Comb and comb very small sections over and over and over until the hair is clean to where there is absolutely NO bugs and NO nits. We used a white paper towel to wipe the comb onto. Use the Mint Spray Conditioner you made to keep the hair wet and the comb going through the hair smoothly.You will want to sleep in lice removal oil mixture overnight. I wrapped our headed in towels. Launder the towels in the morning.Use Mint Shampoo & Mint Conditioner in the morning. Leaving each one on for two minutes EACH.Use the My Mint Spray Daily on your hair. Lice hate the smell of peppermint.Today, I am washing bedding, pillows and furniture. I want these Bugs GONE!Hair brushes/combs you clean them out and put in ziplock baggies and put in the freezer for 8 hours or put in boiling water for 20 minutes.I’m going to repeat all steps 7 days if we see any signs of nits or bugs. If so, we will repeat the entire process.I will update my review then.Update 11/8/2022I’m happy to say my daughter is lice free. This product does work. For the first time in 8 months. She is lice free. She continues to use the shampoo when she showers, leaving it on for two minutes. We spray her hair with the water conditioner/mix that we made prior that we used as a detangler.. We also use the lice comb when combing her hair - just in case when she gets out of the shower.. We also use the mint mist everyday.
