HOW TO USE Take a few drops of this oil and apply to the crown of your head, behind the ears, to your neck, and to your temples. If the aroma of an oil is too strong, or your skin is sensitive, you can dilute it with a carrier oil and apply it directly your skin. Mix 2 or 3 drops of the essential oil into a tablespoon of carrier oil. Essential oils are highly concentrated and must be diluted. Massage the mixture into the scalp vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes.
