Update 11/19/24. USPS tracking says the returned items were received by the seller on 11/7 and I have yet to see a refund or even that one is being processed. I have to assume they can’t find the package since they keep asking me questions about it: tracking number, whether I returned both items, etc. Absolutely poor business practices.
