Had to replace a 20 yo faucet that I could not longer source parts for. Wanted a replacement with a long list of requirements e.g. uses a simple design (longevity), serviceable (sustainable). functional, beautiful, reach both bowls in the sink, separate hot and cold controls, separate sprayer, etc.Instructions where sufficient. Install was simple and quick.OME packaging was good. Each part was in bubble wrap, or cardboard boxes inside thin cardboard exterior packaging.The seller shipped the product in the OEM packaging via USPS, without any tape on the packaging (so it was essentially open). The product is heavy (brass, metal, etc.) so it punched holes in the exterior packaging during shipping. When I saw the condition of the packaging, I was expecting parts to be missing or damaged. However, to my surprise, all of the contents were present and all were undamaged. Having survived shipping, I fully expect this to last for years.The faucet looks to be very serviceable, I'll be able to replace washers (generic) and can reseat the valves if necessary. So no depending on specialized parts going forward.
