Nothing wrong here - It is what you should expect for the price. It is reasonably good qualityQuick and easy to installTook about 30 min to install. Including taking the old door knob and lock off! Love that it's keyed the same and came with 5 keys. Saved a trip to have extras made. Very happy. If you are in need of a new door latch and lock can't think of any reason not to get this one.Easy to install and use. Got because my wife can not turn around knobs. She loves these.Took my husband about an hour to install, but now we have a beautiful new door nob and deadboltThe pros here is the price. The set looks nice, comes with 6 keys and is inexpensive. The cons are build quality. If you've used some of the more expensive sets from a company such as Schlage you'd know the difference. This set feels sloppy w/ lots of jiggly looseness and the keys have a rough feel when inserting them into the key-slot/tumbler. That being said, they work. I'd also like to point out that the plates for the latch and deadbolt assembly are perfectly squared off. Some doors have the recessed area pre-cut into the door side and are rounded on the corners. This may require you to either modify the parts in the kit or square off the recesses in your door.These look fabulous on my doors! Very easy to see install. Very substantial (good weight). Great value, too, when compared to the big box stores!The locks seem to be good quality, but after just less than a year, 1 became defective and had to be replaced. That's the reason for 4 stars overall
