I want to start by saying the faucet appears very well made and I love the look and feel. I don't know if they are supposed to be in the package or not but in order to complete the installation for a wide spread faucet you need two flexible supply lines to connect from the t at the bottom of the spout under the sink to each of the supply line shut off valves. I had to stop what I was doing and run to the local hardware store and purchase these lines in order to complete the install. They show in the directions installing these lines but no where does it say included or not included. There was no parts list in the box. Only so warranty information and the installation instructions. Note: the attached picture is one I grabbed of the internet for illustration and not the actual faucet. Had it not been for this I probably would have given the faucet 5 stars. Even if these are not included it should have been called out just like a kids toy says batteries not included.As a follow-up. I been trying for days to contact customer service to ask the question. It always go to voice-mail indicating no one is available to take my call. I leave a voice mail and after 3 days no one has responded.Additional follow up. It has been almost two weeks and after multiple tries I have not been able to contact or get a response from Customer Service. Appears to be a good product but zero customer service.
