We wanted a unique headboard for our king size bed. We just could not find one we both agreed on. So, I decided to get creative and look "outside of the box". I fell upon this room divider whilst scanning Amazon. We both loved it! The shape, the filigree, the texture, and the wood. We ordered with Prime, and waited with beaded breath. Unfortunately, UPS struggled to get it to us. The ding dings drove it from the town we live in to a state away, then back again, then refused to admit they messed up. It was literally 10 minutes from our house and ended up 350 miles away! Totally not Amazon's fault, but frustrating nonetheless. Anywho, we finally received it a week later and we in awe!! It's even more beautiful in person. The pictures just do not do it justice. It does have a bit of a smell from the stain, but that dissipates within minutes of removal from the package. Another thing to know is that the tops of the divider are not attached, so hold onto the piece lower than the tops. We secured it to the wall with removable hook and loop tape on the spines. Easy breezy lemon squeeze! I would definitely recommend this divider.
