The seller saw that we had an issue and was quick to reply. They offered a replacement or a refund and were very easy to work with!We paid to have a plumber install this, proceeded to have the shower tiled, only to realize the system was faulty.Pretty much the same story, different place. Everything works fine except the shower arm; leaks no matter what we do. Will have to go find a replacement....or order one since we live in rural Alaska which means it could be weeks til we have a working shower. For such attention to detail, you'd think they could make a decent shower arm.While updating our bathroom we were looking for quality pieces at affordable prices. Granted I only used the showerhead part of the set, because that is all that I needed. I love the 2-showerhead component.Cons: The water pressure for the highest setting is not great. None of the settings will give you that great massage feeling if that is what you are looking for. I also feel like this is a bit over priced because it feels plasticy.I got this set for my guest bathroom, and it is perfect for that. The shower head is very nice and the handheld sprayer is easy to attach to the main part of the shower head. The finish is very nice - it's a brushed or satin nickel and very pretty. The tub spout is nice, too - elongated and elegant. The only problem I had with this system was the on/off handle did not fit my plumbing, and to install and use the valve to attach the on/off handle would involve cutting into the tile or the wall behind the shower and going in through the main hallway. I opted not to have that done and instead bought a different on/off handle in brushed nickel to use. So be aware that you may have to cut into the wall to install the included valve for the on/off handle.Note: This set doesn't include the overflow plate or the tub drain, so you will need to purchase that separately if you are installing this in a tub/shower combo as I did. Overall, I am pleased with the looks of this set and the way it works, but it was a little more expensive to install than I had expected since the valve is in the wall.There is everything to like about this set. It is hard to know whether to give this Bathroom Shower/Tub system 4 or 5 stars.I like that it offers high water pressure and multi-functions. However, we are not handy and could not install it ourselves.With high inflation in our area of the country, our regular plumber gave us an estimate of a minimum of $1,000 to install the wall control. He said the set is not compatible to our existing American Standard control. We decided this minimum charge was excessive and would find a lesser function set that was compatible. That is not a good option either because I'd rather have a new control rather than one which is decades old. I'm disappointed. It is not the fault of the product--the price and features are well within what we wanted.I will add that we live in a historic home and the shower wall was tiled on the inside of the bath and shower wall and drywalled on the exterior. A second installation estimate also was excessively high. I do think it is our Phoenix downtown wage inflation. During our recent home remodel, we've noted extreme pricing for other licensed technicians. We will wait for cooling of installation pricing.This is a pretty nice shower combo system. We recently replaced the old fiberglass surround/tub in our bathroom and installed an acrylic tub with custom tile surround. Our contractor advised us on what to purchase for a shower system and we hit Amazon for ideas. This one had the look we wanted and came with the valve that we needed. Not all systems come with the tub/shower switch valve and most must use the one for their brand. Just something to look out for. Anyways - this one had everything we wanted as far as hardware and functional options was concerned. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Pulling everything out of the box we were impressed by the quality - just as nice as the Moen one in our master bath. It was super simple to install since we had the whole wall open. Contractor did the actual install and reported that it was smooth with no hitches, it is a nice quality system. As for use it is very nice. The pressure is great - strong and full. It adjusts easily and smoothly between shower & tub and on the showerhead sprays are a nice range of options. The handheld's hose is long enough to easily wash our dog - a mid-sized springer spaniel, not a tall pup. It is easy to get the hand held in & out of the holster. It is not a true rain shower which is just fine with me. I really like this set up and am very happy with it's quality.this was $190 for plastic junkThis was pretty straight forward, everything fits. It is pretty much very comparable to big box products and it works very well in our renovated bathroom. I like how all the tools, water flow limiters, filter, and install tools are included and appreciated.After installation, there were some parts that I can say were cheaply made, like the screw tightening points, they are mostly cheap feeling plastic, as well as the locking ring mechanism. The 'feel' of high quality plastic is noticeable and this isn't it. Over time, especially with water pressure and water temperature change, I can see the plastic crack over time, likely not soon but it happens. This also includes the feel of the dial on the shower spout and the on/off switch on the handheld shower head, it feels "dollar" store like for the clicks - Usable but it doesn't feel as premium. So far so good, but the quality does seem to lack in specific areas.Next is the paint, I have the matte black version and it seems very cheap, its eerily similar to Plasti-dip, as well as some electronics like Logi-tech mice and Harmony Remotes, OK a little off topic. But this is what this material reminds me, and its not necessarily a good thing, especially when this coating comes off. It looks ugly, easy to damage and only gets worse looking, in addtion to the fact it can scuff very quickly. For now it looks great, matte with a slight sheen, really nice in open light. Out of the box, I noticed some white scuffs that took water and a towel to remove, even though these are very nicely packaged in individual cloth bags and bubble wrap. As well, some of the black pieces that are also matte black seem to have a different shade of black, not that noticeable but its cleary different.The packaging this came in was top notch, individually packed with bubble wrap and fabric pouches. Lots of dense foam, like computer case packing good.Lastly, the magnet that holds the shower handheld head could be much stronger. It does attach and stay on, but the whole head isn't fully attached at an angle, possibly due to the location of the magnets (on the sides?). The top of the handheld showerhead seem to not always be fully magnetized when putting it back, it has to be done slow and smooth for it to fully magnetized. My previous showerhead which had a magnet was much stronger and would 'clip' itself back into place. I haven't had any issue of it falling, but I can imagine if the handheld head was turned on while the water was on, it could go flying due to the water intensity. It hasn't happened.Overall, it seems fine and it looks good, but its mostly plastic, and the price reflects that. It should be fine, but its definitely a higher end style and design, but with low-medium end construction.This is a great looking bathtub faucet set that performs perfectly.The set is crafted out of superb quality materials, including brass and stainless steel. All of the visible parts of the set have a black matte finish that looks great.Installation was straightforward.This is a medium to difficult installation. I paid a contractor to do it. Everything needed was included in the box. This is an ideal bathtub faucet set for new installs, and it would make a significant upgrade to most existing showers.It works very well. The main shower has 8 settings that can be changed using the dial. The handheld showerhead has an on/off toggle. The single valve design makes it easy to find a comfortable water temperature. The tub faucet looks good and fills my tub fast, and the toggle works well and doesn't leak at all while engaged. No parts of this set leak.Overall, this is a superb quality bathtub faucet set that looks exactly like the pictures and works perfectly.This is a decent showerhead that comes with everything need to get this installed. The physical build quality on average for all components is just slightly above average with the brass valve probably being the most valuable item (relatively comparing to other items) since it's got the most, well, metal.The installation is fairly straightforward if you have done this before; though, you will still wanna double check and make sure the fittings are of the correct dimensions.The whole set look nice from afar; however, it's a completely different feel when you hold 'em in your hands because they are all have a very plastic feel. While I don't have any issues with showerheads being plastic in general, it's a different story when they cost around $200 and there are certainly higher quality plastic that would've made me feel better.The knob for selecting different modes also has a rather cheap feeling and seems hollow for some reasons. Although I don't necessary have any issues with it at the moment (well, it's new), this is yet another one of those 'components' that I feel would give out sooner than later. There is a noticeable 'click-and-stuck' right around the 7 o'clock position that shouldn't be there and this just adds salt to the injury. The magnetic docking is, well, kinda weak but it works nonetheless. I guess strong magnets are just too expensive to be used in this set that costs around $200.All in all, this is a decent showerhead that certainly looks nice from afar but the overall cheap plastic feeling that I have when I first hold it in my hand is something that's difficult for me to get rid of when this set costs around $200. The bottom line is this; I absolutely do NOT mind paying $200 or even $300 if it's quality material that could last me a while without having to worry it about it might break, crack, or simply topping working prematurely. Your mileage might vary.We recently broke the dial for turning the water temperature up or down for our shower, we keep having to put the knob back on to turn it and we really needed a new set. So I was super excited to get to review this complete set that has the shower head, spout and handle.First, while I don't normally comment too much on packaging I have to say this set was packaged so well. It was wrapped in fabric bags and fit into cut out compartments inside the box, keeping it safe and scratch free.The quality is amazing, a beautiful matte black set that looks gorgeous sturdy and incredibly well made.I am writing this tentative review with 5 stars because the set looks amazing but it hasn't been installed yet, I am currently working 10 hour sifts 6-7 days a week and have been unable to get someone to come in to install it for me because I am working during their working hours to do it.So, I will update this review with photographs and more details as soon as its installed, hopefully within in the next 2 weeks.In the mean time the quality and look of this set is gorgeous!!
