This was a perfect fit for my th350 transmission, at first I was worried since my leak hadn't gone away despite having slowed significantly. In my case, it ended up being a failed seal at the base of the transmission district tube that was the culprit, once I sealed that up everything remained bone dry.If I had to pick one gripe, I wish the bolts were just a little bit longer, had to use a substitute on one due to some failed initial threads (I don't plan on keeping the Trans forever so re threading was not really on the table for me).5 stars, buy it, install it, check for other sources of leaks if you still have any. Even with the lame gasket this comes with everything was perfect. Couldn't be happier.
