The finish is excellent, and the metal rods are sturdy and durable. Mounting the brackets that hold the rods to the walls (our surround walls were tiled with marble) takes time and reading/understanding instructions - but what product doesn't nowadays? :)If mounting to a tiled enclosure, be sure to use either a diamond drill bit (best option) or go slow and steady with a carbide masonry bit (these can be used in a pinch but be careful or you may crack the tile you're drilling through)We had a minor problem with the instructions calling out a drill bit size that didn't work with the plastic anchor inserts that were included, but the company cleared that up with an email and all went well from there. They were very good to work with.Very happy with the results - looks classy and has been performing very well for a few weeks now. No regrets!
