The ring is beautiful and the customer service is out of this world! I contacted the seller to ask about packaging, they were prompt and courteous and even shared in my excitement of getting this ring for my girlfriend. The ring came via UPS, in a secure package which required a signature before it could be delivered. Personally I appreciate that level of security for a higher end purchase! They even put the ring in a ring box, then put the box in a small blue box with a white ribbon wrapped around it. Beautiful and classy. The ring is thinner, more delicate than it looks in the pictures, and on of the hearts is slightly misshapen, but it's only noticable if you are really looking hard at it. I absolutely love it, and I have no doubt my girlfriend will as well.
