At first it was missing a few parts which discouraged me and almost felt like returning it. Nevertheless, I went for a first, to contact Kingston by email and see if they will send those missing parts. If they wouldn't then I would had return the whole unit, nothing to lose. Kingston was fast, responsive and kind and, with some proof of my purchase, my parts arrived and I installed this beautiful piece. It is my second Kingston unit. Instructions were not the best for someone who has no knowledge of plumbing but YouTube and other sources have the guidelines. I am happy with the unit and why five stars? Because of quality, looks, price and customer counter and although someone forgot to put all parts when he clocked out at work, they fixed the mistake within a week.
