I was previously using the sweet orange oil but read that grapefruit contains even more vitamin c and antioxidants.Now, you have to be careful with citrus oils as they can cause phototoxicity. Which is why I only use them at night and mixed with rosehip. And if you're one of those people that's outside, a lot (I'm not), then it's wise to use a sunscreen, if you currently do not.I Love Allin Exporters essential oils.
