I got two of these Kingston faucet sets for the matching sinks in our master bath. They installed very easily, do not leak above or below, and look quite nice. There are some considerations, however. When ordering, I didn't realize that the U-shaped spigot swivels on the base. This is potential disaster-waiting-to-happen, as your 3-year-old can turn the spigot backward, turn on the water, and flood the bathroom quite nicely, thank you. No kiddies in this house, so not a problem, but be forewarned. As with many other faucet sets sold in the 'nanny state,' there is a flow restrictor in the faucet aerator. As installed, the stream from this faucet was a pathetic dribble that would compel most users to return the set and demand a refund... I almost did. But there's an easy fix. The restrictor is a plastic disc that can be removed and its hole enlarged. I used a #31 (0.120") drill bit, which gives a pleasant, non-violent stream that at least pays lip service to whatever water-saving edict applies. These faucets have been in use for about six months and are working like champs.
