I added the 12ounces to my 1999 Silverado 2500 Ls with a 6.0 that has 179,230 miles. The engine, trans and rearend are original. Lifter tick went away and the throttle response was much better after so I will definitely use the trans and rearend additive next. I will say for the price it was not bad considering I put 12ounces in my Silverado and my 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited with some left over for my next oil change in my truck. My Tucson ran quieter and cooler with much better throttle response.
