Excellent brand. My go to when I want (and can afford) high quality. I try to shop sales, which I was able to do with this. No salt is my fave, but the kinds with added salt are less pricy. I do not rate on price as we can all see the price (and make decision) before ordering, we all have different budgets, needs, and preferences, and prices fluctuate or there are sales. Just know that it is a pricy brand no matter where it is purchases. Product stays the same, so that is what I rate on.Good looking tuna with very little excess "juice". Pretty good-sized flakes of firm texture, some smaller softer pieces peppered throughout. Really good mouth feel. It has a nice chew. Not all that fishy tasting or smelling. Definitely noticeable over regular tuna. I actually like both, so albacore isnt a must have for me. But its nice when I want a mild tuna flavor. Doesnt have a that "canned" taste either.I could eat this every day. MmmmmI love it as a quick meal mixed with a little mayo (since there is really no liquid to drain, I dont. Then it allows me to use less mayo to make it wet) and I add in crushed pepper, dried Kale, and parsley. I eat it as is, or grab a stack of mini spicy tortillas and eat it with that. I' not on a diet (though should be) and definitely not keto or low carb or whatever, but I love these tortillas as they are super low in calories, high in fiber, and ultra low carb (compared to a regular tortilla)
