These arrived really quickly. I plan to mix it into potting soil that I'll use for succulents, which need cactus-type soil mix. This should help aerate the soil. Vermiculite and perlite are just too expensive for me. I've used a different brand of oil-absorbing granules (aka diatomaceous earth) for this purpose before, with adequate results. I'll post again if there's anything particularly great (or not) about this brand.
