Not too brightI originally ordered the 5000k LEDs, but the lighting was too sterile/institutional. I prefer the warmth of incandescent lighting. So I ordered the 2700k LEDs. I'm very pleased with brightness, which I can control with the dimmer, and I'm also pleased with the warmth of the lighting. Just what I was looking for. The spring-loaded retention fingers provide for a very secure installation. So, in short, I'm pleased with the quality of this TorchStar product.The lights are beautiful. Hardly noticeable but when close up very stylish. They are well worth the price. Blends well with my decor and adds a warm ambience to my rooms.They were installed with dimmers and what a difference. Perfect lighting!These were a snap to put in. They were expensive comparative to similar type items but the quality appears to be higher. The finish is a lighter oil rubbed bronze and would probably not work if you have the near black ORB accessories. I had one issue and that was that the edge was very very sharp and that combined with the strength of the clip marred the spot I was installing them. They are very nice looking. Super bright. You probably need half the number you think you do unless you are opening a runway or something. I would buy again.I chose the 4" (4-1/4" hole) to replace the OEM lights that came with my new house. None of the OEM lights had ANY markings or labeling whatsoever, and we've been through three sets of replacements in 9 months under the house's warranty. We were able to grab these on Prime Days this year for a very attractive price and they fit perfectly. These are significantly brighter than the lights they've replace (the ones that still worked of course) and the flush mount was very attractive compared to the OEMs. We chose the oil rubbed bronze as it matches the other lights we added for pan racks and dining table chandelier. Installation was easy as these units have the quick push-in wire connectors with three positions in addition to the light itself.Love the way the oil rubbed bronze looks!! Torchstar is excellent quality at a reasonable price. The lights are not cheaply made and have a little weight to them. My husband was impressed and delighted with the included template and easy installation. I am over the moon with the way these lights look in the living room ceiling! Beautiful quality! I highly recommend Torchstar. This product is not cheap plastic junk. Already purchased two sets of six and I will buy again. Highly recommend this quality brand!
