Nostalgic Warehouse's items are really cute, especially if you like to add old-fashioned decor to your home. However, it was almost impossible for me to return this. The package instructions said to call Economy Decor. They are almost impossible to get ahold of. Then amazon says I can't return the package, because it shows as delivered on Nov 4 (I didn't receive it until 20). I had to check my FedEx account (with tracking & delivery info) and then be on the phone with various people for about an hour. Nostalgic Warehouse says, call Economy Decor. Economy Decor says, go through amazon. Then when I called back, I couldn't reach anyone. Amazon says I can't return because the return window for this item has closed. (You can't change the delivery date in your account, if it's wrong.) Finally, I had a phone call with an actual human from Amazon who was able to start the return for me. I had to start an online convo with yet another 3rd party (remodeling solution) first and provide Economy Decor's purchase order & the info from FedEx.Nostalgic Warehouse needs to figure out a better system for billing & delivery. Their items are cute, but returning this doorknob was a colossal waste of time & an unnecessary headache.
