The product is advertised as a ball bearing hinge, from the photo and from customer reviews it is clear that these hinges actually have nylon bushings rather than ball bearings. I was okay with that, so ordered anyways. When I got the hinges, they did not have the "bearings", they were just standard hinges. I contacted the seller and they sent out the correct product right away, with a paid return label for the wrong product. So 5 stars for good customer service...but just be sure to check your item and pay attention to what you get. See photo, item on left is standard hinge, item on right has the nylon bushings. -1 star for the bad product description... overall looks good quality and expect to work well for heavier exterior doors.
